If you do not mention placement, our team will choose the best position for your design.
📝 Design Review & Approval
Every design is checked by our team before printing.
We may reject or ask you to change a design if it contains:
❌ Copyrighted logos or brands
❌ Celebrity photos
❌ Movie, TV, Anime, Cartoon or Game characters without permission
❌ Offensive, hateful, violent or illegal content
❌ Low-quality, blurry or pixelated images
Examples of designs that cannot be printed:
Nike, Adidas, Gucci, Rolex, Apple, Louis Vuitton logos
Celebrity photos without rights
Copyrighted movie or cartoon characters
If your design cannot be printed, we’ll contact you and ask for a new one 💌

By uploading a design, you confirm that:
✔ You own the design, OR
✔ You have permission to use it
✔ The design does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
You are fully responsible for the content you upload.
PrintFlareCo is not responsible for legal issues caused by customer-submitted designs.

For some custom orders, we may send you a preview/mockup before production starts.

Once you approve the preview, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Please note that during holidays or busy seasons, orders may take slightly longer.
🚫 Returns & Refunds
Because every custom item is made especially for you:
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged
Refunds are only available if: The product arrives damaged , The wrong item is sent ,Your design was printed incorrectly
We do NOT offer refunds for: Wrong size selected by customer , Wrong color chosen by customer , Design uploaded incorrectly, Small color differences due to screen settings, Change of mind after production
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include: Your Order Number , Photos of the Product 📸 , Description of the Problem
If approved, we will provide: A Free Replacement 🔁 OR A Refund 💸

Please remember that actual print colors may look slightly different from what you see on your screen because of: Different Screen Settings , Fabric Color , Lighting ,Printing Method
Small differences in color or placement are normal and are not considered defects.
