PrintFlare Co. Return & Refund Policy
Because all PrintFlare Co. products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, wrong color choice, or change of mind.
We only offer a free replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing or printing error

You receive the wrong item
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A clear photo showing the issue
Once approved, we will either:

Send you a free replacement, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method
Please note:

Refunds and replacements are not available for orders where the wrong size or color was chosen by the customer.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may offer a reshipment for an additional shipping fee.

Delivery issues reported after 30 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
